From 2006: Man sues over exposed genitals in yearbook photo
My summary of the story on July 16, 2006, said that the offending photo showed the student shooting a basket on a day he wore boxer shorts instead of a jock strap to the game. The story from New Jersey Law Journal remains online.
hmmmm shooting a basket while showing his basket? However, one assumes that there wasn't much to show, or the "press" would have helped with future cheerleader-acqusition.

Does anyone know what became of this kid? Was this (allegedly) frivolous lawsuit pursued by greedy parents? Did he turn out to be a loser? What became of the photos?
I worked on yearbooks in high school, college, and university. It's scary to realize the legal liability I exposed my parents to.
