According to this story, bored or rebellious young people are arming themselves with video cameras and cell phone cameras and creating all sorts of mayhem at stores. In one case, a prankster in a banana suit breaks into a mock cry when seeing the bananas in the produce section. (Tampa Tribune)
I can't get the story to open, but based on Jim's comments above, I'm already LMAO!
If I saw a kid in a banana suit crying over the bananas in produce, I would LOL -and applaud. That is funny.
Are the kids harming the shoppers in anyway?

Oh, and add another tally for Florida.

I don't see a problem...I think it shows initiative, and as long as nobody gets hurt, physically, or emotionally, it would be good for business...Some of the stunts are pretty damned funny!!!

They're just going for their 15 minutes of YouTube immortality. Anyhow, intercom pranks are a fine old tradition ... paging Buster Hyman and Mike Hunt!

Twerp, you are so grounded.
You better just hope I don't find that banana suit. We will talk about this later.

"that was me in high school...."
Come on Twerp. Don't deny you still don't dress up in a banana suit from time to time to spice things up in the bedroom.

After the link failed to load, I hit the Back buttin and it loaded. Funny shit! None of teh stores want to talk about it, because it's free advertising!
Phranklin's right. This is a fine old tradition and I'm glad to see the youth of today carrying it on.
I have a smaller banana suit that fits a particular part of my anatomy. ;~)

G-Man I was singing PBJ time way before I got down to your post :-p
My daughter and I will at random times break into this song and dance in stores or while walking across a parking lot. Gets a lot of strange looks but I don't really care.

It'd be funny if they didn't plan to put it you YouBube.
But since they are it's about as funny as one of those fake America's Funniest Videos.

Police tend to get carried away, my fear would be a police officer with good intentions would fear for his life(that's what they all say, gives them the right to kill you if your white). PUT A STOP TO IT BEFORE SOMEONE GETS HURT.
