One of the cons said in a lawsuit that he bit into a re-heated piece of frozen chicken in November 2005 and felt a pus-like substance squirt into his mouth, then saw what appeared to be the animal's digestive tract in the chunk of meat. He fell ill, vomited, convulsed and no longer enjoys chicken. (Burlington Free Press)
That filthy bastard ought to be thankful that he's still alive to experience the displeasure of eating bad food. The people he killed when he was drunk behind the wheel are not so fortunatel.

Feed that dicksmoker chicken for every meal.

A Vermont man in a Kentucky prison. Perhaps he needs to be in Arizona's famous Marcopia County. This is not the Ritz-Carlton, its prison. If you don't like it, then don't screw up and you won't go to prison.
I totally concur with our annonymous one and the comment about the "Filthy Bastard."

FTA: "Two other inmates...also ate poultry pieces from Butts' box."
No comment--I believe that sentence stands on its own merits--nothing I could say could make it any more hilarious.

He oughta be glad he's getting more than bread and water.
Posted by: cherie | Tuesday, January 13, 2009 at 10:25 AM
He should have been sentenced to three meals a day of chicken nuggets, with a side of entrail and pus sauce.
Posted by: Phranqlin | Tuesday, January 13, 2009 at 10:30 AM
Dang...Anon beat me to the "Butts' Box" quip...Oh well...
He's in prison! He should ONLY be eating chicken entrails! Save the good meat for people who haven't gotten drunk, stupid, and lethal!

No longer enjoys chicken? NO LONGER ENJOYS CHICKEN?!?! What kind of hell-hole are they running there?
Posted by: Cipher | Tuesday, January 13, 2009 at 10:33 AM
What's that saying about people in Hell wanting ice water?

"I don't think it was fair," he said. "I think I should have won something out of it. A big company like this should have to take responsibility. That shouldn't have been in there."
Translation - "They have lots of money and I don't, so they should give me some for sitting on my ass."
Posted by: G-Man | Tuesday, January 13, 2009 at 10:45 AM
This was my favorite quote from the article:
"I don't think it was fair," Butts said. "I think I should have won something out of it. A big company like this should have to take responsibility. That shouldn't have been in there."
HELLO???? You drove drunk and killed someone and you are talking about responsibility?????

The chicken said:
"Think you can take me?
Well go ahead on.
It's your move."

So Sorry. So Sad.
Posted by: sometimesilie | Tuesday, January 13, 2009 at 11:16 AM
USMerc--that was me--after I cut/pasted the quote, I guess I forgot to go back up and type in my name. That line is absolutely classic!

Perhaps they should tell this guy he can eat anything he wants, but he has to do it surrounded by pictures of the crime scene where he killed someone. If he can't handle that, then his menu choices should now be bread, water, boiled chicken parts, fried chicken parts, or raw chicken parts. ugh, now I feel sick...where's my lawyer?!

LOL pms!

Bunch of nasty, evil people here. You all ought to be in prison. You hardly even sound human!

I hope that was tongue in cheek, anon.
If not, sorry but this group in general has a bit of a problem with drunk driving, even more so when it involves innocent people being killed. I, and I think some others here have a problem with Mr. Butts talking about resposibility while bringing suit for being skeeved out by some chicken, while the people he was responsible for killing are gone. THAT's evil, Skippy.

Ah, Troschne, That's like the fifth time that you've been quicker than me on the quips! Great minds think alike! (Although my mind is a bit slower!!!)
...And anon...I know you are...but what am I!!!
Posted by: USMerc | Tuesday, January 13, 2009 at 01:07 PM
Woa anon!
You don't know me!
I am not nasty or evil.
I happen to be bitchy, judgemental, cute, hot-headed, and a lliiitle bit off kilter.
I save nasty and evil for behind closed doors
Posted by: RockyMtnMac | Tuesday, January 13, 2009 at 01:12 PM
"they became sick, physically and emotionally, after inadvertently eating poultry entrails."
Boo-Hoo!
The families of the people murdered by these drunk drivers also became sick, physically & emotionally, as well.
Life isn't fair.
You get a bad piece of chicken & live to complain about it.
Your victims died.

...now where in the hell did I put those thumbscrews????
Posted by: USMerc | Tuesday, January 13, 2009 at 01:17 PM
Cry baby cry, make your mother sigh.
"Bunch of nasty, evil people here. You all ought to be in prison. You hardly even sound human!"
And you sound like someone who hasn't had a proper bowel movement in about a week.

aren't you guys the same d-bags that b1tch about the conditions at gitmo?
Posted by: buddy | Tuesday, January 13, 2009 at 01:18 PM
Buddy
I have never in my life bitched about gitmo. You are a complete booger-eating moron if you think we are all on the same page politically, however, I respect the posters here enough to not dig at sore spots or paint everyone here with the same brush.
Maybe instead of being in such a hurry to make your point, you could slow down and read the story followed by reading the previous posts (provided your reading skills can handle that task).

HELLO???? You drove drunk and killed someone and you are talking about responsibility?????
I would suggest that the state forced him to take responsibility by sending him to jail.
Posted by: Lou Sussler | Tuesday, January 13, 2009 at 01:35 PM
Do the prisoners at Gitmo have lawsuits asking for millions in damages? Serious question.
Posted by: stopeatingmysesamecake | Tuesday, January 13, 2009 at 01:38 PM
Trolls-
some of those prisoners are undoubtedly hardened criminals and terrorists whose proper place is in a nail filled coffin at the bottom of the sea.
others landed in there because paid informants with grudges accused them of being terrorists (yes, it's true, look it up)
This being this funny little place called *cough*America*cough we have a legal (yes, it's true, look it up) and moral responsibility to find out whose who. Separate the wheat from the chaff.

^re: gitmo
Posted by: sometimesilie | Tuesday, January 13, 2009 at 01:44 PM
I'd also like to propose keeping gitmo open and tossing crooked SEC overseers and no-bid Iraq war profiteers, er, that's impolite, "contractors" who did things like bill us for profit which they added into overhead (that's fraud, folks!) and provide poison water for the troops. But, according to folks like "I've done nothing wrong" Bush and "F*ck you all, I'll devour your children whole" Cheney, these swine are properly punished with more....No Bid Contracts!!!
Posted by: sometimesilie | Tuesday, January 13, 2009 at 01:48 PM
the problem is that the guy didnt show any actual damages. the judge rendered that it wasn't reasonable.
i disagree. there should be punitive damages to prevent the company from putting out a bad product. but the two guys that 'almost' ate the chicken should 'almost' have a claim.
the guy would have sued and won if he wasn't in jail. too bad he didn't get any money... it probably would have ended up all going to the family of the person he killed.
RMM - you better hope the bubble you live in doesnt pop.
Posted by: buddy | Tuesday, January 13, 2009 at 02:07 PM
He no longer enjoys chicken. I no longer enjoy getting killed by drunk drivers. Call it even.
Posted by: | Tuesday, January 13, 2009 at 06:41 PM
1. If this guy entered a plea of "guilty as charged" at his hearing for the killing of innocents, then I have (very small) sympathy for him, as he at least took responsibility for his actions behind the wheel. If he pulled the "not guilty" crap, please serve him chicken gizzards with a glass of warm pus every flaming day.
2. Buddy, I can't speak for others, but my problem with Gitmo is not necessarily its living conditions but the utter lack of due process, speedy trial, etc. Sure, they're not citizens, but would you want to languish in a foreign prison without hope of ever getting to your court date?
