Another virtuous Hummer driver! Even if Mike Jr's account is true, that would be a DUI in my state; can't be in a car drunk even if it is parked. And I'm calling into question his consuming of a "couple of drinks" when you're popping a .189, that's pretty tanked.

He's probably right. Minor celebrity gets busted and the prosecutor sees an opportunity to make a name for themselves. Like what's-her-name who prosecuted O.J.
Say what you will about O.J., when was the last time you heard Clark's name mentioned in general conversation?
