High school student arrested for impersonating traffic officer

A couple said they had pulled aside at an intersection for the 18-year-old, who had the lights and sirens on his white Jeep. (Rushing to a kegger?) After the couple stopped, the Jeep drove past them with driver and two teenagers inside laughing.(TCoastTalk.com)

I've observed that law enforcement will have red and blue lights on their vehicles no matter what type of vehicle is being used. Even fire and ambulance have red lights on the vehicles. I wouldn't pull over for any vehicle that didn't have a flashing red light on it.
