That's according to the lawyer for a 48-year-old man currently on trial in St. Paul. He allegedly asked 15 to 20 people to let him watch their suicides on a webcam, but no one agreed. Even the attorney admits his client is "obsessive, morbid, abhorrent, sick" and "creepy," but insists the guy's actions weren't criminal. (St. Paul Pioneer Press)

It's illegal (a felony) to "encourage" someone to do something?
Is it just for suicide or other things too?

I dunno I had the same opinion as you Big Kahuna, but then I read the story a little closer. This guy is one sick f*ck. The woman killed herself two hours after speaking with him, that's not a long time. He possibly could have saved them both but instead tried to get them to kill themselves for his sick enjoyment? If it doesn't fit under a law then let's make one, I don't want to know what this guy is capable of doing if he runs out of people to "counsel".

Not in the slightest.
When you are telling someone to kill someone else that is putting a "Hit" on that person.
When you tell a person to go kill themselves you are not telling someone to take another persons life.
You are suggesting for a person to end their own.
Personally I think if they are crack pop enough to kill themselves GOOD!

You also are suffering from a internet addiction or other mental issues which impede your social life to the affect of you not going to breed or have a relationship friend or other wise to communicate the issues with.
