Coupons I have seen say 'cash value 1/100 of a cent'.
SO, looks like he could have made 70 cents?
The article is so poorly written I have no idea why he was trying to sell them on eBay.

Don't mess with the Post Office cops.

I occasionally get the JcPenneys coupons and they're usually for $10 off any purchase of at least $10. I'm sure people would be willing to buy those on eBay, because they are basically for free merchandise.

Those coupons are actually pretty good if you get the $10 when you buy at least $10 of stuff. I buy some of my son's clothes that way. But to steal THAT MANY? Cuckoo...cuckoo..cuckoo...

Of course Penney's is still around. They're doing better than Sears. Open your eyes.

I used several of those $10 off Penney's coupons this past year. They're a great deal.

This is an expensive preschool not a nursery. The parents obviously have no time for the child and expect a babysitter and nanny in addition to teachers to be at the school. They probably pushed the child out the door before she was ready. I wonder why the school accepted her in the first place.
Most schools will not accept a child that is not potty trained.
Perhaps there are underlying causes that need to be addressed first so don't jump to conclusions until all sides are known.

Yeah, Penney's has 1,100 stores in the U.S. Just because they're not in your (apparently) small world...
