That being said, there are still people oblivious enough to believe that alcohol will give them warmth, and for all I know this guy could fall into that category. That's reasonable doubt for me.

Say what they will, the Prosecutors NEVER had any proof of his condition at the time of the accident. This case should NEVER have gone to a jury.
The prosecutors' office wasted the taxpayers' $$$.
Don't they watch "Law and Order"?
