I wish they'd take that child away from these unfit parents, and i think they will be taken away; thats probably why it was ordered to report the birth immediately since you can't take the child away before it's born plus you wouldn't want to upset her, she might do something stupid.

Some people are just crazy and shouldn't have kids -- i know because i have a cousin that's fucking nuts. DHS was about to take her kid away because she was/is a shitty mother so she gets pregnant and ACTUALLY called it her "Backup Baby" -- you know just in case DHS takes away the one she already has.

The laws don't allow the state to step in before the child is born, ok i don't like it but ok, but why in the hell is she allowed any contact with her other children, lets give them a chance and instead of fostering them put them up for adoption and not perpetuate the cycle.

Yes, that soon to be born child should be spared from these breeding failures. Actually, when you think about it, the problem would be that they did NOT fail to breed. A case where the law clearly needs to catch up. CPS says they can't take it to dependent court because the baby is not born yet (there is a legal can of worms), but overall, minute it's born, yea, take it away or we'll be seeing a repeat of the starvation down the road.
