Good for the business owner. Maybe next time the "embarrassed" delinquent client will try to work with the people she owes money to.
The video is really good, because the business owner is very clearly unrepentant.

Doggone it, that's a shitty way to deal with customers.

That's so much pOOp they had to count it in gallons, not pounds.
Would that make good compost?

Ayup. I would have returned the poop also. But probably just dumped it in a pile. Doog poop is pretty gross stuff. And no its not good compost. I had a neighbor who was cleaning up after her dogs and slinging it into my commercial pick your own strawbery patch. Ended up having to sic the towns health officer on her under the threat of arrest. Gross.

I am for the pooper scooper! Cancer is awful yes. Although she should of communicated with the pooper cleaner upper.

ITs a crappy subject!

...my question is, where were all the neighbors helping the homeowner (who has cancer) after the dog-dumping incident before the homeowner had to hire the poop-cleaner? I mean, I help my neighbors out (and vice-versa) when they need stuff done!
Although maybe the homeowner didn't communicate that she had cancer..? The neighbors know now if they didn't before... As for the dog-dumping... 30 gallons is excessive. She should've settled for however much dogsh1t she picked up from that one particular yard. /sighs. Although maybe she should've taken her poo-truck to a certain car dealership instead... ;)

Being sick never got me out of paying my bills. I automatically feel sorry for people with cancer but really, business is business and the show must go on.

If the non-paying customer is hard up for money then maybe she should consider cleaning up her dogs poop instead of contracting to have someone else do it and then bail out. I clean up after my own dog, what a waste of money to pay someone else to do it.

Seems like a perfectly reasonable way to deal with deadbeats... hell, put in in as a standard clause in your service contract... "Accounts which remain delinquent after 90 days will have the exact amount of waste that was originally removed from the property deposited back to the property, after which the bill will be cleared." Sorta like a reverse-repo clause...

All that for a $150 bucks, its costing him more than $150 now. He got the shitty end of the stick...lol

I know some people who would love to hire that waste removal service to get revenge on neighbors.
