Construction workers' runaway circular blade captured on video
The cameras that captured the action were installed by a family years ago after two large Christmas inflatables were stolen from their lawn.

Sounds like a three-year-old: if no one saw it, it didn't happen. I know one construction worker who is being reassigned to a new site (and a whole lot of nervous construction workers on the same site, looking over their shoulders, from now on).

Wow, if this is the fourth film in the Blade series, I'm glad I didn't waste time on the first two sequels.
Or is this what the Saw series has devolved to?

Ayup, after her loooong description of what happenned I half expected to see a trailer park and a Walmart in the background. The actual video "cut" to the chase and shortened the story.

how did the blade come loose?
on table saws I've used there is a locking mechanism for the blade

All circular saw mandrels are reverse threaded to keep this from happening.
