A video shown to jurors shows three male high school students removing their shirts and dancing provocatively while girls scream and giggle. The boys drop to the floor, gyrate and grab female students while simulating various sex acts. (Atlanta Journal-Constitution)

Actually, when you are talking about a high school and teenage kids inappropriate=crime. If the video clearly shows this "teacher" observing the act and not immediately stopping it he should be fired. This type of act is the EXACT reason we have so many issues in schools today with violence, inappropriate sexual contact, and disrespectful kids.....you have teachers that want to be "cool" to the kids, so they do and allow stuff that is far beyond idiotic. I hope the guy has to pay every cent he has to his scumbag attorney.
