Yikes! Hopefully they'll win their lawsuit.
Then again, a simpler solution would have been to "accidentally" set the house on fire.

what does the guy do for a living? He's lose his license?....an architect? an engineer? Didn't see it.,....and she's a teacher....and they have a $407,000 house....and teachers are always whining about how little they make.....which is why I wonder about his occupation. On top of it all that is one fugly $407,000 house

I have a hard time believing that this situation hasn't happened in time past. What did people do with those old buildings?

I know it's unchristian of me and all that, but I just can't feel too sorry for people who paid nearly half-a-mil for a freakin' HOUSE when something like this happens to them. Maybe toxic house mold is just god's way of saying you make too much money.
