Man dressed as a Breathalyzer for Halloween is arrested for DUI

Police say James Miller was driving the wrong way out of the entrance to a one way street when he was pulled over. Cops found what was left of a case of Bud Light beer in the passenger front seat and in the trunk. (Fox19.com | NBC4i.com)

Just in case you've not seen the entire costume, it reads "FREE BREATHALYZER TEST" and has a "tube" at groin level that says "BLOW HERE".

I live in Oxford, it's a college town. Uptown, every other business is a bar. Whats sad is knowing they will slap him on the hand ,tell him he was bad, and send him back to his dorm. The city and the college work together and rarely does a student get punished for bad behavior of any kind.

Oh, and I'm sure his costume was a huge hit, Duck. Drunk freshmen are easy to impress!
