Mom turns home where two sons died into a haunted house
"This is the way I'm coping with the loss of my two kids," says Viviana Delgado, 27, whose boys died from injuries suffered in a fire at the home. "It's my way of saying happy Halloween to my kids." San Bernardino County Sun)
Whatever helps her deal with her grief.

Everyone deals with grief differently...Hope it really helps her. Of course, if folks were to start having encounters with her dead children, I'm thinking this little plan would backfire!

Sad, very sad. Makes me think of my cousin who also died in a house fire.

Sick, and why is she charging money for it? It just seems all wrong to profit from your kids death.

Don't know if I could bear to continue inhabiting a house where that profound a tragedy took place.

Someone experiencing the fresh grief of having to bury their own children isn’t thinking straight. I’ll leave it at that.

No one lives there, thomas.

For Christmas she can sprinkle the boys ashes on the tree for snow effects.

I can't imagine what she's going through - so no judgement on what she's doing. But I do have to wonder who would take their kids to this haunted house.

Regina;
I hope you aren't speaking from experience, even once removed.
You gave me chills.

I think I can only still live in our house and sleep in our bed because my spouse didn't die here, but in hospice. I can kind of understand this kind of grief.

I hope she finds whatever she is looking for in doing this. Halloween is a great holiday and I hope she has a great time!

And sleep well dear Wolf.
Miss your input.

Not sure what you mean, thomas. You said you couldn't live there after such a tragedy....and I was simply pointing out that no one lives there, and they aren't planning to as near as I can tell from the article. The house is uninhabited.

thomas,
I'm always reading. I just don't normally have anything to say that someone hasn't beat me to.
