Man charged with breaking into homes, rubbing women's legs

On three occasions, women at an apartment complex reported to police that during the night they were awakened by a man dressed in black rubbing their legs. He's been arrested. (Chicago Sun-Times)

Every so often i forget to lock mine, which creeps me out in the morning. This guy probably just went to each apartment to see if it was unlocked by mistake.
