Just when I was feeling cranky and cynical about humanity ...

Yeah, but what kind of shoes? Mens? Womens? Florsheims? Wingtips? Ventilators? We need shoe details, dammit! And I'm still cranky and cynical about humanity.

What’s with all the stories about big bucks being found at Goodwill stores? Isn’t this like the 3rd story about this kink of thing?
Not that its an issue or anything, its is a happyish story.

Oh, by the way...hi everyone! I’m Anesidora! I’m not really new here, I’ve just never really posted before. The stories here are brilliant fun!

Hi Anesidora. I'm RMM (the NORMAL one around here).. Welcome!

Hi Anesidora. I'm LGL (the OTHER NORMAL one around here)... Happy to have you. Gear up your sense of humor.
;~)

Anesidora, loved your kinky typo. Welcome!
Posted by: Reno | Wednesday, September 30, 2009 at 10:51 AM
Hi Anesidora...usually we're noted as being snobbish to new comers. It's not really true. Welcome.
Posted by: kevy | Wednesday, September 30, 2009 at 10:55 AM
Thanks for de-lurking, Anesidora!
Posted by: Phranqlin | Wednesday, September 30, 2009 at 10:58 AM
Wait, LGL, I thought I was the normal one! Sigh.
Posted by: Navy Chief | Wednesday, September 30, 2009 at 10:58 AM
You two are the normal ones? Hey! No fair.

Thanks for the welcome!
There were times I felt like posting but decided not to for various reasons.... But after seeing you guys eviscerate that Somebody person I couldn’t help but laugh. You people seem like a fun group!
-Anesidora
Oh and Reno, who doesn’t like a little kink in the mornings? Lol!
Posted by: Anesidora | Wednesday, September 30, 2009 at 11:20 AM
I thought Somebody's comments were mean and uncalled for the other day. I just started posting awhile ago after months of reading and laughing at the rest. While I do not consider myself an expert, I'm really not sure anyone who subscribes to this can be considered normal...sorry, just sayin'! LOL
Posted by: jojo | Wednesday, September 30, 2009 at 12:14 PM
PS...I think a little kink is good anytime! :)
Posted by: jojo | Wednesday, September 30, 2009 at 12:16 PM
@jojo - You my have a point there...
Posted by: Navy Chief | Wednesday, September 30, 2009 at 12:28 PM
Hi Anesidora, I'm the ... hmm... no, normal wouldn't be it. I suppose I'm the resident hillbilly.
Posted by: fredzilla | Wednesday, September 30, 2009 at 12:35 PM
Yes, Somebody was being a little of a jerk, but I did enjoy reading as you guys ripped him/her a new one. Knocking them off their high horse so to speak.
And yes, kink is good anytime, but its best in the mornings, in my opinion.
Hi Fredzilla, nice to see a non-normal someone!

@Anesidora
I KNOW! Why do people ALWAYS seem to leave vast amounts of money in donated clothes?
The only thing I can come up with is that maybe someone's grandparent died and didn't trust banks...
Maybe I should check my husband's pockets before I donate all his clothes this month!
Posted by: Pandora | Wednesday, September 30, 2009 at 08:30 PM
Hi Anesidora, welcome to the comments.
Posted by: David | Wednesday, September 30, 2009 at 11:59 PM
@pandora;
My dad hid thousands of dollars in his clothing. I found it once while scrounging for lunch money.
Mom never knew about it and dad had horrible taste in clothing. If he had passed away instead of them getting a divorce I can definitely see her just donating the stuff without really checking the pockets.

Heaven's 17 is happy to meet you Anesidora.
What is your position on Dunkin Donuts?
Posted by: nellagain | Thursday, October 01, 2009 at 02:25 AM
@ Pandora
Hey, you have the same name as me! Only spelled differently! Hehe, that’s funny. I was going to go with Pandora, but liked Anesidora better, few people know who she is…was?
@nellagain
I personally think Dunkin Donuts is over rated.
Oh and good morning all!

Welcome Anesidora to the pantheon of cyber gods and goddesses.
Somehow though, I see you, Pandora, and Reno more as sirens,,,,lovely, lithe, generous, fertile, dangerous.
My thoughts were drifting,,,thank you.

nellagain;
Let's just start hating her now!!
Posted by: thomas | Thursday, October 01, 2009 at 06:27 AM
Lol, thank you Thomas...I think…for the warm and descriptive welcome.
And as for my opinion on Dunkin Donuts, my best friends parents own and run a donut shop, and they have the best donuts and coffee EVER. And they run a karate studio right next door to the donut shop. So... get fat, then work it off. (actually a sign between the two stores, with arrows and everything...)
Posted by: Anesidora | Thursday, October 01, 2009 at 06:39 AM
Y'all cut it out! I have my coffee, and no donuts.

Greetings Anesidora!
Welcome to our nightmare!
(I'm playin' hookie again today...third day in a row!!! Stupid flu!!!)
...Oh, but I digress....
So...Have you found Mercism???? ;)
Posted by: USMerc | Thursday, October 01, 2009 at 07:45 AM
Poor Merc! That flu is wicked! I have recovered (finally).
Anesidora needs to be introduced to Mercism.
It is our resident unorganized religion. "Un"organized because all of the organized ones keep screwing up. Mercism is based on a party. Founded by no one. And has no rules. It is perfect! (although I suspect LGL would like to indoctrinate some donuts into the ceremony right now)
Posted by: RockyMtnMac | Thursday, October 01, 2009 at 07:56 AM
...When RMM says Mercism is "Based on a party"...she DOESN'T mean, like, a political party..More of a Coors (For RMM) Corona, Budwieser, and Jack Daniels party...on a beach island planet....inhabited by Lizards...or at least ONE Lizard....and...Oh hell...I need more Nyquil....
