I know someone who works at a welfare office. She claims most of her "clients" have no money for necessities, including items for their children, but they've managed to find the money to pay for many tattoos on themselves.

I ponder if the charges against him are false -he clearly has at least four women who are so filled with vengence that they'd glue things to things. Therefore, were they so filled with vengence that they'd make false accusations, too?

Of course, perhaps the reason they were filled with so much vengence was because the charges were not false...

As for the welfare people issue: they also seem to have enough money, in many (many, many) cases to have beer, soda, and cable. It's amazing what welfare is paying for! I know welfare is necessary for a very select few, but it is infurating when I see people abuse it to purchase tatoos, liquor, smokes, alternate smokes, etc. But for some reason, they can't afford food or electricity or birth control.

They have cell phones, too, but no school supplies or lunches for their kids. A local church has a back-to-school "store" for poor kids: shoes, school supplies, etc. The only catch is that it's all free.

It is very cut and dry... He didn't have money and they were assaulting him , to harass him for money.

They should be placed on sexual predator list and locked away for 40+ years.
