Abigail L. Keller, 27, was in her fifth month of service as a reserve officer when a local businessman reported what was on her MySpace page. The police chief says photos showed her at a bar "displaying her naked buttocks or mooning the person who is taking the picture. In another, she is performing simulated sex acts on both males and females." (Des Moines Register)

When will people learn that if you post something on the internet - EVERYONE can see it. Learn the privacy settings of MySpace, please!

I'm not saying the woman should have lost her job over this at all, most of us have questionable pictures from a crazy night out, but I'd be mindful of who could view them as I was posting them. It's not that it doesn't exist and we're all perfect, it's how you manage it.

Call me a tightwad, but I'm proud of my professionalism at work and consider it an asset. Image can make or break you, it's just a sad fact.
