So the car, BEFORE being stolen, had an expired registration sticker, which the owner did not know about.
The car got stolen and that day was stopped for not having a valid registration sticker.
I find this mildly humorous and a bit ironic. Had the owner purchased valid registration, she may have never seen her car again.
