Her clothes were soaked with water, but the hubby insists he had been watering the grass and didn't intend to spray her; the water was simply "over spray," he claims.

I can understand Murray being charged for hitting her in the mouth durring a scuffle, but charged for spraying her with water? Was he married to Margaret Hamilton?
