Walter Christman's will said if his Packers tickets were sold for a profit, the proceeds were to be split -- 55% for son Michael and 45% for son Peter. A lawsuit alleges Michael sold the tickets, and paid his brother "only a small fraction of the tickets sale proceeds." (Green Bay Press-Gazette)

I don't like this. You'd be amazed at the waiting list for Packer season tickets. And home games have sold out for the last century or two. If you don't have an in, you are paying a crazy premium.
And these two dbags who live thousands of miles away, with 13, 13! tickets are profiting hugely - well at least one is. With that many premium (center of the field) tickets, its practically a license to print money.

So, he liked his son Michael more than his son Peter....he probably knew that if he gave the tickets to Peter that Michael would just rob Peter to pay Paul....the third son nobody talks about.

That was really bad jj.
lol
I myself would trade my brother for Bronco tickets. In fact, if any of you have any Bronco tickets, I have a slightly worn brother. Great shape! High Mileage. Low baggage. Sense of humor intact.
Call me!

calling RMM~~about that brother. i think i can find some bronco tickets and maybe even a few other little southern trinkets for you to have....peach jam, grits, south carolina honey, me, shimp and oysters, a pick up truck(slightly dented) and a driver, some fresh tomatoes and other veggies too. :)

Deal!
Posted by: RockyMtnMac | Thursday, May 28, 2009 at 09:27 AM
and I did not mean to cheapen this, SEMSC. I know how crazy Bronco fans are, and we are not close to being as bad as Packer fans. You guys are the #1 fanatics of the NFL. (I tip my foam white bronco head hat to your wedge shaped cheese hat!)

The Packers were named after the Green Bay meat packers.

i am not cheapening either semsc. i like the packers and am a big fan of bret farve...-------> trolls i have a stick and will use it!!!! back away from the packers and farve comments...(um, not you twerp).
and while i am rounding up those bronco tickets for rmm, i will see if i can sell myself for a couple of packers tickets too....too bad no one here in ga or even ala wants to see the falcons that badly...
Posted by: lynn | Thursday, May 28, 2009 at 10:08 AM
Could the difference between a meat packer and a fudge packer be why Reno is the goddess that she is??
Posted by: joel | Thursday, May 28, 2009 at 10:12 AM
lynn - right on, sister. Brett Favre is the MAN, even if he can't stay retired. And don't feel bad - I live in Seattle. I couldn't PAY anyone to take Seahawks tickets off my hands.
Ummm...if we're selling family members for tickets, I've got a sister I'd be willing to trade for Packers tickets...

Yeah joel, it's because I don't take it up the poop shoot. Thanks for the classy comment. Jeez.

HEY....isn't there some sort of law in place, Section 32-OJ of the penal code, to never use the words "white bronco" in succession?
Posted by: jj | Thursday, May 28, 2009 at 10:56 AM
No jj, I'm in Colorado, not California....it's ok here.
We superceded the oj code with the elway code under "white bronco" act of '07.
lol

pnwgal-i have a sister already, and i do not intend to use rmm's brother as a sibling. so keep her or give her to someone that may offer money.
i will try to sell more of myself for you some packer tickets and maybe a signed farve shirt as well.
LOL@ jj & rmm
oh and LGL-- i thought you would like that.;)
Posted by: lynn | Thursday, May 28, 2009 at 11:05 AM
@reno feeble attempt at humor. No harm or disrespect intended.
Posted by: joel | Thursday, May 28, 2009 at 11:27 AM
@ joel, none taken, really. ;)
Posted by: Reno the pregnant goddess | Thursday, May 28, 2009 at 11:32 AM
This kind of sibling hatred would NEVER happen in my family; me and my brothers are too close for that kind of spite!
{OK, not really, but we're Lions fans, so splitting the proceeds from season tickets essentially means making sure we all get kicked in the ass the same number of times ...}
Posted by: Tank | Thursday, May 28, 2009 at 12:07 PM
@pnwgal - I'll take your money AND your Seahawks tickets...
Posted by: Navy Chief | Thursday, May 28, 2009 at 12:18 PM
*tear sliding down my cheek for Tank. Foam Bronco head hat over my heart out of respect.
On the brighter side, there is only one way to go! And when they win a superbowl someday, you can say you were a REAL fan from the 08-09 season!
-signed, a Bronco fan from the Dallas/NYG/Redskin/49er superbowl fiasco years.

@Navy Chief - Yeah, but will you take my sister?
