Cops: Teen burglarized cars to help pay for a lawyer

The 19-year-old suspect "indicated that he was in serious legal trouble [with a previous drug charge and other offenses] and was trying to get money to help pay for a lawyer," says a criminal complaint. (Beloit Daily News)
