Someone driving an automobile under the influence is a danger to himself and everyone around him. Someone driving a motorized bar stool seems mostly a danger to himself. Maybe they should charge him with attempted suicide and pack him off to a mental hospital.

RockyMtnMac yes a guy did get a DUI on the motorized cooler which is a lot more kick ass than that ugly looking thing this man created. I wouldn't even call it a motorized barstool. Just because it has a barstool welded to the frame doesn't in my mind, make the barstool itself motorized.
