Man forces boy to watch his hijinks with JoJo the dog
A complaint says the 30-year-old man told boy "that he needed to stay in the room and watch him and he also needs to learn how to do this." Police say the man had sex with the male dog. (Grand Junction Free Press)

I am loath to take allegations at face value even if it is from a 7 year old, but the outstanding indecent exposure charge (which admittedly has not been proven, or disproven, in court) makes this much more convincing to me.

And yeah, the 2nd part is a stretch; I admit it. While the charge does not prove that anything was done (until a verdict is rendered, it's still just an allegation), in my mind at least it makes the child's claim seem somewhat more credible.
Of course if both charges are wrong, then I'd have to feel sorry for this guy's run of colosally bad luck.

The mother needs to be locked up for child endangerment. She allowed or sent the boy to this depraved scum. Did he pay her for the boy? Was he molesting the boy? Not enough data. The reporter needs to find out some answers.
