No wonder an 11-year-old girl ran fast to escape this guy
His mug shot screams "weirdo." He tried to get the girl into his truck with the old show-me-how-to-use-the-soda-machine line. (The Journal News)

Some of these guys ought to hire a Photoshop guru to clean up their mug shots. If my dog was that ugly, I'd shave his butt and teach him to walk backwards.

Absolutely. And it seems to happen more often than you'd think. Drunk, drugged, or dumb. Or crazy. Some people just have no sense of self preservtion or consequences.
For some minor offenses, maybe they are just screwing around, but a few minutes of explaining the joy of being a pedophile in prision might wipe that smile off his face.

$750 bail?......you'd think bail should be higher than if the guy got caught with his arm up the soda machine chute......so now for that low price the guy is walking amongst our teenage girls looking for one that doesn't know she should cut and run. Instead of arresting him they should have just bashed his head against the soda machine until four quarters came out, then driven him to the middle of death valley to leave him next to a soda machine with a $1.10 price for a nice icy cold mountain dew.

twerp - she is 11. granted i dont know the girl but i highly doubt she could overpower a man. if he wanted to take her then he would have.
im not defending the guy. he appears, according to the paper, to be very strange indeed. unfortunately unless they get the guy to talk then he will probably walk.

This guy isn't smiling for the camera, he is in the process of saying something, and it sure looks like F*** you.
and I agree with Mark, he has probably done this before and the child didnt tell, either to scared or too dead.
Ultra, the girl is 11 years old ,, she is at a horse stable where her family boards their horse, under the circumstance, I would allow my daughter to be unaccompanied, and she surely seems smart enough to protect herself,
Buddy, if she rides horses she is probably strong enough to twist away from a older mans hand grip.

Buddy, if the guy is on drugs or drunk, it would be easy for her to get away. I'd also like to add that when I was 11, I was huge for my age. I was already 5'2" and weighed around 110 lbs.--all muscle. I was the biggest and toughest kid in my class (I had even already started my menstral cycle)--of course, that's also the age I stopped growing and now nearly everybody else in my class is larger than me.
