Man busted for threatening to post racy photos of ex-girlfriend
The guy wanted her to pay the rent even though he'd kicked her out. The woman told police she "would be horrified if people saw those photos" that her ex threatened to post on the Internet. (Everett, Wash. Herald)

This is why I use Polaroids for the racy stuff. Only one copy and I keep them in case things don't go well. Of course I could load them onto the computer if I wanted to make some extra cash...

No sympathy for people stupid enough to let a non-spouse take pictures of themselves naked. Extortion is a crime and he'll pay for it, that's all.

I'm sort of stringing along with steveO here.
But this does bring up a good question-- for reasons we need not go into perhaps you have questionable photos of former flame. Everything is cool, been over for a long time and *hot damn* was he good looking!!
But there's the future to consider and what kind of perv the executrix of my will would think I was.
So
A) Destroy the pictures
B) Send them back to the flame, on the grounds that he might enjoy reminiscing about his hot self
C) Screw posterity and keep the photos, maybe with a note that says "I have no idea who took these or why"

BNS - Your girlfriend is absolutely beautiful, love the pics and the attitude showing in them.
In terms of the story, I agree with everyone else. We need pictures and names to come to our own conclusions if she should be worried or not.
As far as pictures go, I can say I have my fair share of pictures of past girlfriends, not doing anything x-rated but definitely private and that they would not out in public. Very sexy women indeed. I would never dream of posting them for embarassement (except for the pictures of this one woman who really did a number on me, unfortunately her face is not in the pictures and I'm not that mean). I do think that a certain number of women who do pose for these kind of pictures like the attention, regardless of who might see them, etc.
Unfortunately for me I don't have any sexy women in my life, let alone women who would be willing to pose for those kind of pictures (either for my pleasure or theirs).

BNS: your GF is exactly what I had expected. Not sure why, though. She's so beautiful and obviously confident. Good on her. As for the ink, it's only "too much" when you've run out of empty skin!
No ink on me, though, but that's because I'm a big chicken.
As for posing for pictures, my mom always said to never put in writing anything you don't want to share with the world. I always included photos in that gem of wisdom.
