Crackhead mugs woman, confesses to it 12 minutes later
Armando Pena parked his car just after the robbery, stepped out, and said, "I did it. I did it." Asked why he punched the woman and shoved her to the pavement, Pena replied, "drugs, drugs." Just say no, Armando! (Miami Herald)

Well at least he turned himself in.... he could have had the vehicle sold and in a chop shop in no time, and probably would have gotten away with it too!

wow. does this qualify as a "good Samaritan" for a crack head? Hopefully this is bottom for this dude. Seems like his conscience isn't completely cracked out yet. I guess. Because a lot of crack head around here wouldn't have felt bad at all. So at least turning hisself in was something. I guess.

He's going to get some serious jail time. He car jacked her. That's a federal offense also. He deserves everything he gets. It's hard to take an appology after the fact of a serious crime.

It's all because of the gas prices!
Posted by: Torgo | Jul 1, 2008 10:42:45 AM
As Mr. Pena sped away from the scene of the attack and car jacking, he realized the car was almost out of gas. He didn't mean to return to the scene of the crime, he just couldn't drive any further. In a moment of sanity he made a mental note to only car jack people at the gas station instead of randomly on the street. After all the average person can only afford to have one vice...and crack is probably cheaper than gas these days.

Time to let us start shooting illegals, dope heads, and other people who (and not the word... ) criminally degrade our society.
Kind old hearing about wacked out crackheads, rapist, murderers getting slapped on the hand for serious offenses that can never be repaid or repaired.
Time to start issuing licenses for hunting these animals down. With the caveat of course that if YOU make the mistake... you pay... dearly... so better not err.
