After getting her Botox injection, a woman claimed she'd left her credit card in her car and needed it to pay her $1,225 bill. However, "she just took off and we never saw her again," says the doctor. (Palm Beach Post)

I had some wrinkles once. Sorta bothered me. My friend Peg stopped by with some black-market Tox' and hit me up. Could'nt communicate for 3 days, even my eyes were closed.

What kind of Dr. doesnt verify a patients' identification??? Sounds like there is more here than being reported. I know everytime I go to the Dr. they want ever form of ID I have!
