The police officer took Sean McGuire, 20, to the Polk County Jail, but not before McGuire urinated all over the back seat of the squad car. (Des Moines Register)

the college student denied these charges. Stating that they were W&W's, not M&M's

Is it possible to beat intelligence into an individual? Is there a beverage, food, or magic spell to improve intellect? Let's face it: this assclown needs some serious brain boost, and quickly.
"...defending his friend..." who is suspected of being drunk and of having hit someone or something and then high-tailing it. Yep, that's a friend I wanna defend daily.
Normally, I'm amused by piss-in-the-cop-car antics, but this guy is so chock full of stupid, I hope he has to sanitize the seat with his tongue.

"Contempt of cop" -- the WORST crime in the world from the blue point of view.

""Kum & Go""
What a great name for a store. Do they carry hookes as well?

He was just bribing the cop and the cop wouldn't take the bribe so the guy got pissed off.....literally.

twerp,
M&M's don't work, you need donuts, maybe coffee. Only those too drunk to walk well use M&Ms.

right, right....

Were they plain or peanut M&Ms?
Now if he had thrown Reeses Pieces, that would be grounds for arrest.

TAG, Jerry Seinfeld also loves the name of our convenience store. I've seen him do his stand up in Des Moines and Cedar Rapids and he never fails to mention it.

WELL THEY MELT IN THE MOUTH NOT IN THE HANDS
Posted by: ULTRA | May 13, 2008 8:38:43 AM
Hey if they were peanut M&M's and the cop was alergic to peanuts it could be atempted murder!!!

I am SHOCKED that this incident involved alcohol at 2:30 in the morning. The guy should have been charged with Drunk in Public and General Douchebaggery.
As far as him sticking up for his friend - that's not the guy I want to have my back when the shit hits the fan.

I bet if it was a donut, the pig would have caught it in his mouth like a frisbee.

Bad cop, no donut.

most cop cars have formed plastic back seats...at least the ones that I've seen (and NO, not from being in them...I have ex-in laws on the police force)
so you can pee and puke all you want to, the cops just hose it out.

I weep for our future.
And--BTW, Cheesus--plain M&Ms have peanut particles in the shells. A former co-worker's kid, who has a peanut allergy, learned that the hard way.

What a joke! Since when are M&M's considered a weapon?
Here's an obvious example of when an officer should
"turn the other cheek"

oh man. putting cops and donuts together in the same joke! you people are on the fucking ball with the comedy today.

Assault with a candied weapon?
I'm surprised the cops didn't shoot back.
Other cops have killed for less and gotten away with it, unless a citizen has a video camera handy.

Charles: and sometimes even if a citizen has a camera handy.
