Three people charged after videotaping toddler smoking, drinking
The 30-second video shows Kenneth Watkins, 40, holding the 2-year-old girl on his lap while she smokes a cigarette. It then shows Watkins' girlfriend, Jessica O’Donnell, 22, hand the girl a shot glass and encourage her to drink tequila, which she does. (Times-Tribune)

Hey every kid needs to learn how to be cool. Obviously the parents just wanted to make their kid cool enough for pre-school. I mean how is this kid going to deal with the TREMENDOUS Amount of peer pressure in pre-school that this kid will face. I think they deserve a reward or at least a new bottle of tequilla.

Yes, obviously. They must be killed. You don't need long years studying English and American jurisprudence to see that. Some hifalutin judge will probably give them a couple of months in jail, or a suspended sentence, and a fine. Maybe even take their kid away.
Why, any right thinkin' person can see they deserve to die.

I disagree with the person who thought that the death penalty is in order. Being stupid shouldn't be a death sentence.
Since it doesn't appear that these two or three people are actually the child's parents, simply sterilizing all three (and anyone else who witnessed it and didn't put a stop to it) should suffice. There is no need for society to be burdened with the cost of bringing up the children these idiots might have.
As for the parents (wherever they were in this, and assuming that they knew the character of these "adults" in who's care they left their child), some community service, preferably not involving children, cigarettes or tequila is definately in order.
