Lawyer contends sex with a deer carcass isn't a crime
The public defender representing deer-"lover" Bryan James Hathaway argues that because the deer that Hathaway boinked was dead, it isn't considered an animal and the charge against him should be dismissed. “The statute does not prohibit one from having sex with a carcass," says the lawyer. Most perversions I can understand, if not indulge in. Like getting spanked? Kinky, but OK. Like latex? Weird, but OK. Like being degraded while wearing diapers and singing the National Anthem. Strange, but if that's your bag, baby, that's fine.
But...
Like sex with dead animals? You're a whacko.

WTF? The article makes this sound like he was just driving along, saw a dead deer by the side of the road and thought to himself, "Damn! I want to get me some of that." That's just wrong.
BTW, if he'd boffed a buck, would that make him gay?

wait - did you see the end of the article? He SHOT a horse so he could have sex with it??? WTF!!

That's right.A carcass isn't an animal. Just like a fetus isn't a person.Of course both of these assumptions are rediculous.

Makes me want to step off this crazy planet. WTF is our world coming to?

He killed a HORSE to have sex with it a few years ago... this guy has MAJOR problems! Looking for dead animals is bad enough... KILLING them for sex sound like the road Jeffrey Dahmer went down!

I think it's a far stretch to compare a fetus to a carcass.
The carcass is a dead hunk of meat. I don't see why it would be a crime any more than getting down with some flank steak from you fridge.
Killing a horse, however should be punishable by flogging.

LOL, oxhead hit the nail on the head. This is just wrong on so many levels.
Don't people THINK? Can you imagine what's growing inside that dead deer and he's shoving a most sensitive part of his body into it?

yuck

That guy is crazy. I'm really stuck on the end of the article where it says he shot a deer just to have sex with it, I think that should be a major part of his trial. But can't they at least charge him with defiling a corpse, thats illegal in most places.

I wonder who reported him. I'd love to hear the 911 call on that one.

They could if he'd defiled one. He didn't. Corpse /= carcass.

There are far more wholesome uses for carcasses, such as dropping them off tall buildings:

"That's right.A carcass isn't an animal. Just like a fetus isn't a person.Of course both of these assumptions are rediculous."
a fetus is a person. Ask former senator rick santorum who took his wifes stillborn fetus home, dressed it up, and made his kids hold it, kiss it and take pictures with it.

Now, now, boynamedsue, isn't it time you crawled back under your bed now, you little sick fuckin bastard.

Woah! At least he didn't bring it with him to his concession speech and plunk it on the podium.

That story about Santorum is essentially true. He brought his prematurely born baby (who died two hours after birth) home for his other children to hold. "Kiss and cuddle" are the words he used to describe the macabre scene.

Now, I can understand the *parents* wanting to be able to see/hold their stillborn child-- I'm sure for some, it's a very necessary part of their mourning process. But taking the body home and making your other children "cuddle" it... I'm guessing that won't do a whole lot to help the kids grieve, but it'll be a goldmine for their therapists in a few years.

BNS if what oxhead says is true, it is technically a human baby the minute its born. I dont think normal people would even throw thier still born babies into the garbage.
The way you said it sound gross. but with what oxhead said, it is possible for humans to build a expectant relationship with an unborn feotus and hence mourn when it dies. Different people mourn differently, its thier right and for no one else to mock.
People who've had/lost babies would be in a better position to understand it.
