Pedophile says sex with kids is a sacred ritual
Admitted pedophile Phillip Distasio told a judge that his apartment was a religious sanctuary where engaging in sex with boys and smoking marijuana were considered sacred rituals and are protected under civil rights laws. "The only reason I'm charged with rape is that no one believes a child can consent to sex. The role of my ministry is to get these cases out of the courtrooms." It's people like these whack-jobs that make me sorry to be a native of Ohio. Can you give people the chair for this sort of thing? I don't care if it's in prison or a wrestling ring.

They are sick f**ks and do not deserve to breath. Castrate them and keep them in jail....NEVER let them out! It's not just Ohio, it's everywhere. Society needs to recognize that females are molesters, too. They deserve just as harsh a punishment as males...as for the castration, I guess they'd have their ovaries removed.

Interesting that he makes such a big deal out of how kids can give consent since two of the children he's accused of molesting were incapable of communicating what he had done to them.
My vote would be for the death penalty, but siince that is probably not on the sentence list, give him life without the possibility of parole or access to a computer.

I think they should be placed in the general prison population where they can give their consent for their cellmates to do what ever 'sacred' thing they want to them.

I think the craziest part about this whole story is that he says the "only reason" it's illegal to have sex with these kids is that they are children and therefore cannot consent ... hello ... they're autistic and otherwise mentally disabled kids, not "just too young." Ick. Ick, ick, ick.
