Court reporter: I saw judge's penis at least 15 times

At the trial of a judge accused of using a penis pump while on the bench, a court reporter testified she also saw the guy urinate into a wastebasket twice during trials. Once, she said, the judge pulled his penis out of his pants, pulled it close to his body with his left hand, and began shaving his scrotum with a disposable razor. (Tulsa World)
